vinces paw webSPI is proud to announce that it has been granted a patent for its latest fall protection equipment innovation: the Vince Paw. This rolling device, also called shuttle, will allow the worker to attach himself to a lifeline and switch to intermediate anchors.

Among its many options, the Vince Paw can adjust to special diameters of cables, be used on inclined systems, and adapt to existing installations as no specialized connecting part is required.

“This patent demonstrates the expertise of our fall protection teams and our innovative solutions. We listen to our customers and don’t hesitate to implement specialized services or products that will meet their health and safety challenges,” explains Martin Tremblay, President of SPI Health and Safety.

The US patent was issued last March. SPI is waiting for the impending issuance of the Canadian patent.
