All participants to a virtual training must have access to a computer, tablet or television equipped with a camera and microphone for the entire training duration. We do not recommend using a cell phone.

Participants must switch on the camera and position it to ensure their face is visible for the entire duration of the training to attest their presence and promote discussions both with the trainer and the other participants.

Participants must be in an area (office, room or other) conducive to learning, and if possible, away from noise and distractions for the entire duration of the training.

Participants are called upon to interact and ensure optimum conditions to learn and focus for the entire duration of the training.

Attendance is mandatory for the entire duration of the training. Prolonged or repeated absences may lead to the expulsion of the participant from the virtual class.

Participants must complete the online test provided at the end of the training and send it back to SPI.

If a participant decides not to comply with all or some of these conditions, or if we see a lack of respect for one of the participants or the trainer, this individual will automatically be removed from the class, without any refund possible, and no attestation will be issued.
