Training Training is one of our priorities. When employees are hired, they all receive online training to familiarize themselves with the company and its products and services. But training is an ongoing process at SPI, so employees continue to receive regular training from suppliers as well as in-house and outside instructors. In addition, the company reimburses continuing education expenses for employees who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in their field of activity or in a related field. The company earmarks over 2% of payroll to personnel training.
